I build configurators for solar installers and racking manufacturers. A customer draws their roof or site, panels are placed on it, the right mounting system is calculated for their location, and an engineered layout, bill of materials and quote come out the other end. I built the Ralux Solar configurator end to end, and I build the same around your products.
Draw roofs and install areas on a satellite map and place panels automatically or by hand.
2D mounting layouts with side, top and isometric views, plus interactive 3D roof and system previews.
Wind, snow and dead-load calculations per country standard (such as ASCE 7) across all your systems and variants.
Automatic bill of materials with part codes, quantities, weights, rail cutting and pricing, exported as PDF.
Admin panel for products, variants, prices, projects, users and leads.
Send quotes to your CRM or ERP, email customers and notify your sales team automatically.
Projects where I built this for real clients.
A clear, milestone-based process, so you always know what's being built and when.
We walk through your current workflow, tools and bottlenecks, including every manual step.
I map the automated flow, data model and scope, split into clear milestones.
Weekly demos you can click through, integrated with the tools you already use.
Deploy, onboard your team and keep improving as the business grows.
Yes. The configurator is built around your products: your systems, variants, part codes, load tables and pricing. I built the Ralux Solar configurator this way, covering 20+ mounting systems and their variants.
The Ralux Solar configurator was designed and developed by Subhan Nadeem, including the structural calculation engine, map-based design tools, bill of materials generation, PDF reports and admin panel.
Yes. Layouts can be generated as 2D drawings (side, top and isometric views) and shown as interactive 3D roof and system models in the browser.
The engine is built per country and standard. The Ralux configurator, for example, applies country-specific load formulas such as ASCE 7. We start from your engineering tables and I turn them into tested calculation code.
Yes. Every design produces a bill of materials with part codes, quantities and weights, plus rail-cutting combinations and prices, downloadable as PDF reports.
Yes. You get an admin panel to manage products, variants, prices, projects and users, and the configurator can connect to your CRM or ERP.
